Recently had a first class buying experience at Ferrari of Salt lake City. Purchased a 458 Spider. Had the annual maintenance performed along with brake caliper and seat belts color changed. Davis Harris made sure every detail was perfect and is a great communicator. The entire staff made sure that the car was ready to go on schedule. Fabulous customer service and product.

We had a GREAT experience at the service department in regards to our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The car was having problems with the AC. It wasn't a simple problem so they gave us an AMAZING loaner and kept our car until they could determine the cause and fix it. This included ordering parts in. Ferrari of Salt Lake is amazing. The sales associates have always been professional and very helpful. This year I have purchased two, (used sports) cars. Both of which are wonderful cars. I was impressed by the sales associate's professionalism and knowledge of sports cars; one was a Ferrari.

I'm a fan. Sarah, the service manager, and the techs seem really nice. They are very courteous, quick at communicating, good at giving timeline expectations, and helpful with Uber rides even though they don't seem to do loaner vehicles. They have even spent time to help me get warranty help from the manufacturer not once but twice. No complaints. Very happy to have an Alfa dealer nearby, and feel lucky that it's a good one.
Went in to see a car. Very nice facilities. Talked to Tim and he filled me in on all aspects and all the ins and outs of brining an older car up to speed. Appreciated his time.
As a Ferrari enthusiast I don't often get an opportunity to visit a Ferrari dealership. If you like Ferrari sports cars, but like most of us can't afford to buy one much less maintain one, you can walk into Ferrari of Salt Lake City and be warmly greeted and have any questions about these spectacular cars answered. Sure they would love to sell you one, but you if you just like the thrill of seeing Ferraris in person you can stop in here and enjoy. Great dealership!

Convenient location with easy access, parking is limited but right out front. Inside they have a Classy and elegant showroom floor, filled with a wide variety of high-end luxury cars. A lot of the cars are sold, awaiting pick-up or not for sale. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, helpful with just about anything related to ferrari or other cars they sell.
