The LaFerrari Aperta was launched to mark the 70th anniversary of the foundation of Ferrari. It’s an all-new limited-edition special series model designed specifically for Ferrari’s most passionate clients and drivers. It retains the classic characteristics of the Ferrari coupe, but with a more futuristic, extreme feel than any other car Ferrari has made before. The LaFerrari Aperta features:

Exterior Design

The LaFerrari Aperta was designed to be futuristic and extreme. Ferrari’s designers and engineers worked together to marry form and function and to design a car that is unique. They designed it to maintain links to essential characteristics of the coupe and classic Ferrari styling, but with touches that make it distinctly its own.

The main difference between the LaFerrari Aperta and other similar vehicles in its class is its new door rotation system. The LaFerrari Aperta’s doors are at a slightly different angle when open than the original coupe version.

V12 Engine

The LaFerrari Aperta’s V12 engine was derived from Formula 1’s most extreme and dynamic KERS system. Due to its HY-KERS system, it is the most high performance and efficient naturally-aspirated engine ever used on one of Ferrari’s road vehicles. It pushes the boundaries of technology on a road vehicle and uses hybrid technology to further expand its capabilities.

The LaFerrari Aperta’s engine has a total power output of over 960 CV and generates a high maximum torque of over 900 Nm. It punches out an impressive 800 hp and spins to 9,250 rpm to ensure extraordinary performance, while also guaranteeing a fun driving experience no matter where you go.
