The main difference between the LaFerrari Aperta and other similar vehicles in its class is its new door rotation system. The LaFerrari Aperta’s doors are at a slightly different angle when open than the original coupe version.
The LaFerrari Aperta’s V12 engine was derived from Formula 1’s most extreme and dynamic KERS system. Due to its HY-KERS system, it is the most high performance and efficient naturally-aspirated engine ever used on one of Ferrari’s road vehicles. It pushes the boundaries of technology on a road vehicle and uses hybrid technology to further expand its capabilities.
The LaFerrari Aperta’s engine has a total power output of over 960 CV and generates a high maximum torque of over 900 Nm. It punches out an impressive 800 hp and spins to 9,250 rpm to ensure extraordinary performance, while also guaranteeing a fun driving experience no matter where you go.
